The Alexander Technique teaches how to change ingrained habits of posture, movement and breathing, it brings about more balance and ease. It teaches effective habits of coordination in everyday activities; in this workshop we will look at applying it to yoga as well as exercise more generally.
$80 per workshop, or $140 with the afternoon foot workshop.
