Alexander Technique - Smart Yoga Workshop

$80 per workshop, or $140 with the morning Alexander Technique workshop.

David Moore is the Director of the School for F.M. Alexander Studies and a Registered Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Australia. He is the author of  "Smart Yoga : Apply the Alexander Technique to Enhance Your Practice, Prevent Injury and Increase Body Awareness".
