This is a beginner balance exercise class for those at increased risk of falls, which aims to improve and maintain clients lower and upper limb strength using both seated and supported standing exercises, as well as improve balance within a safe and monitored environment.
ALL NEW CLIENTS REQUIRE AN EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGY INITIAL ASSESSMENT TO ENSURE YOUR SAFETY.
