Small Group Strength Classes - 4 - 5 people 
Individual injury and goal management.
These classes will focus on improving your mobility, stability, strength, endurance, power, agility and performance and function with the aim to reduce the risk of injury. A pre-class survey will collect your medical, injury and exercise history as well as your individual exercise goals so the clinician's can individualise exercises specific to you and your needs.
