Class for all ages and abilities. Matwork with equipment, class has low impact exercises that strengthen your muscles with a particular focus on the core muscles. Pilates improves flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness. 
Our pilates teachers have vast
 experience and can cater for beginners, intermediate and advanced. Incorporating a class that harnesses core activation and correct technique with the right amount of physical effort to make you feel your muscles burn.
