Based in traditional Chinese medicine and philosophy, Yin offers a moment of stillness to dive inward with compassion. Bringing ourselves back to breath, you’ll rest in longer restorative shapes to release fascia and allow yourself to become a little softer.

All bodies, levels of experience and age are welcome to practice with Lily on Wadawurrung land
