A matwork class run by Jane incorporating postural awareness, balance, mobility exercises, stretching, strengthening and activation of core muscles. Focusing on establishing a good foundation for any functional movement class, perfect for those returning to exercise, recovering from injury or wanting to re establish self awareness and mindful movement. The class finishes with a short meditation.
